Received Grandpa's SS Form

I got the social security form that I had requested a while back for my grandfather. I don't think that it's anything new, other than his signature and handwriting. It does, however, give a more solid source to things I already obtained from other sources. For example, his birth date, parents' names, and place of birth as he told them himself, as opposed to from my dad's (his son's) birth certificate.

Still waiting on his death certificate however.
