Things that I want to invent
I want to invent the following things. However, if you want to develop it and give me a free lifetime supply, that would also be acceptable.
The visual sweep- device (possibly broom-shaped for laughs) made of glass/plastic/acrylic that lets you see the bottom of the pool before you close up for the night, even under windy conditions.
Pool cover system- described below, a system that allows two people to cover pools by rope without walking around more than once. Possible help in pulling/winding optional.
Mountable PDA calendar- follow with me here... you mount it on the wall, plug it in. It has PDA-style calendar and contact applications. It has capabilities to synch many PDAs or similar devices (or import Outlook-generated csv files from a USB device, trying to stay away from putting it on a network). By default, it shows you a normal looking monthly calendar, with holidays and other things you deem important. If you touch a day, however, it shows you each user's meetings and events for the day. You can import other people's stuff if you like, but you can't input new things directly into it that get synched. New things put into it directly will only be things that display on the day in calendar view. You can also go into contacts and have it dial for you if you hook up a phone to it. Basically it replaces the kitchen calendar for high-tech families. =)
